1/ open http.conf file from apache tab
2/ in http.conf file uncomment mod -rewrite.so
3/ open php.ini file from php tab
4/ in php.ini file uncomment extention = php-oci8.dll and extension = php-pdo-oci8.dll
5/ stop all services
6/ restart all services
